Alma Smego works out

Just another day of big fat Alma Smego's life. She starts off like usual with half an hour on the toilet then it is time for her daily exercise routine. She gets naked, picks up those weights and starts losing weight. Too bad Alma quickly gets tired, then lies her huge body on the couch for the rest of the day.
